White Cloud Retreat is a 4-bedroom townhome that offers spectacular views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. This mountain home provides plenty of space & relaxation for up to 12 guests in a peaceful setting nestled in the Warriors Mark Neighborhood near Peak 9 & 10. Hiking is just across the street with access to the Burro Trail. Ski out & in or use the shuttle that picks up every 15 min. steps away every Winter. This home offers everything one could want for a mountain getaway including a private hot tub.

Availability and Pricing

The Space

This private 4-bedroom 3 bath mountain getaway is the perfect retreat to escape the city. The ski home is nestled amongst towering pines in a tranquil setting with a private hot tub and plenty of yard space for fort building or playing in the snow. Housing 2 bunk rooms each with a Full and 2 twins along with a King and Queen bedroom and queen sleeper sofa, there is plenty of space for 2 families or an extended family. Perfect for up to 10-12 guests. TV's are available in 3 of the bedrooms and living room. The open concept living/kitchen/Dining floorplan creates a wonderful space to cozy up and entertain after a day of Summit County activities.

Other Things to Note

SKI IN & OUT ACCESS- High Level Intermediate to Advanced level skiers are able to access the ski resort via the Burro Trail (located just across the street, conditions permitting). When accessing these trails you are outside of the ski resort boundary for a short time - these areas are not maintained or patrolled and should only be skied at your own risk. The ski out is approx 3-4 minutes to the lift. The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Main Street Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer. The Trail provides an easy 20 minute walk to the base of the slopes or to get downtown. Advanced skiers can ski in via Peak 10, Cimarron to the trail leaving the ski resort at the bottom of Flapjack.

In this highly sought-after neighborhood with everything you need for a beach get-away. Our custom home is conveniently located in the "Lakeside" neighborhood, a gated community just off County Hwy 30A. Easy access to all 30A has to offer. Our neighborhood gate is 0.4 miles to beach access with parking, bathroom and showers! You can cruise on the golf cart or walk/ride on the bike path to the beautiful white sand beaches & emerald waters of Santa Rosa
